Keppel DC REIT issues 40 million sponsor subscription units at $2.09 each

​Keppel DC REIT has issued 40.67 million sponsor subscription units at an issue price of $2.09 per unit.

This move is part of its equity fundraising initiative to raise approximately $1.1b in gross proceeds.

With this issuance, the total number of units in circulation stands at 2.25 billion, as of 3 February.

The newly issued units will begin trading on the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 4 February at 9 a.m.
