"Missing Person" Ex-TVB Actress Kate Tsui Finally Spotted In Art Museum In Paris

Did someone finally find Kate Tsui?

As an aftermath of ex-TVB actor Raymond Lam's recent concerts in Hong Kong, fans have begun to reminisce his iconic 'Lets Get Wet' performance with Kate at the former's Light Up My Live show back in 2012.

That then sparked the million dollar question yet again. Where on earth is Kate now?

The now 45-year-old former TVB actress retired from showbiz back in 2019 to pursue a PhD in psychology in Europe. Ever since then, she's been pretty M.I.A, except that one time she made a public appearance at a charity event in Malaysia in 2022.

Even her former co-stars don't know where she is.

When asked about Kate after his concert, Raymond described his Highs and Lows (2012) girlfriend as a "missing person" and shared that both he and Kate's other former co-star Ron Ng have no idea where she's gone.

Ron has also confessed in a past interview that he's been trying to locate Kate and even asked fans to help inform the actress that he's looking for her if they ever bump into her. Ron played Kate's love interest in TVB dramas such as The Brink of Law (2007), Forensic Heroes III (2011), Wax and Wane (2011) and Season of Love (2019).

And it looks like someone was really lucky enough to meet the incognito star recently.

On Xiaohongshu, a netizen shared that they'd seen Kate in an art museum in Paris.

They also posted a photo of Kate decked out in a white dress, staring intently at an exhibit.

A fan even quoted lyrics from Raymond's 'Done Being Naive', aka the theme song for Highs and Lows, to express their concern for Kate.

"Have you been happy in the past few thousand days? Have you been busy every day?" they asked.

But while everyone has been trying to reach Kate to no avail, there is one person who was aware of the actress' whereabouts all along: Hong Kong actress Jessica Hsuan.

In a recent interview, Jessica revealed that she's actually still in contact with Kate, with whom she became friends while filming a travel show in East Africa in 2009.

Jessica also shared that they have a group chat together before declining to divulge further as "maybe [Kate] really wants to hide from the world".

When asked if there's a chance for her pal to return to showbiz, Jessica then said: "If she's been so silent, I doubt she will."

At least now Ron knows who to find if he really needs to reach Kate?
