Fan Waits For Stefanie Sun On Last Night Of S’pore Concerts, Thrilled She Got To Shake Her Hand

While most would prefer to watch a concert performance on its opening night, some go for the final show as it could feature surprises and performances beyond the regular setlist.

But one Stefanie Sun fan didn't expect to see so many of her favourite stars when she attended the final show of the Mandopop diva’s Aut Nihilo: Sun Yanzi In Concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

In a post on Xiaohongshu, the fan shared that it was a wise decision to catch the final show as it was a “big win”.

Not only was there a surprise appearance by fellow Singaporean national treasure JJ Lin (even Stef was shocked that he showed up) who performed a duet of ‘What I Miss’ with Stef, the fan was also starstruck seeing Ah Jie Zoe Tay in the audience.

“She was a big part of my childhood. When I was younger, I used to watch her dramas with my elders,” wrote the fan.

But the highlight was meeting Stef after the concert.

Like many others, the fan waited outside the stadium hoping to catch a glimpse of Stef when she "knocked off". Her wish came true when the singer emerged after 40 minutes.

In her video, Stef could be seen posing for photos, chatting, and shaking hands with the crowd. The impromptu fan meet lasted around 2 minutes.

​“This little nobody here managed to shake hands with her and exchange a mini finger-heart,” gushed the fan.

“25 years of loyal fandom, and tonight it was reignited all over again. See you again at the next stop — Aut Nihilo in Shanghai.”
