Dilireba Missed Dior Fashion Show In Paris; Allegedly Stranded In Dubai Amid US-Iran Conflict3/4/2026
Travel in the Middle East has come to a grinding halt amid the US-Iran conflict, and one celeb whose travel plans have allegedly been affected is Chinese actress Dilraba Dilmurat, aka Dilireba.
The 33-year-old was slated to attend the Dior Fall/Winter 2026 show in Paris on March 3, before news broke at the last minute that she would not be making an appearance. Her team later issued a late-night statement confirming that due to force majeure circumstances, the 33-year-old was unable to arrive in Paris and apologised to both the brand and fans. “Dilireba cherishes every opportunity to interact with you, whether in person or from afar. This sudden situation caught us off guard, and we are sorry to have disappointed you,” the statement read. It's also mentioned in the statement that the Sword Rose actress had been looking forward to the show since receiving the invitation and had made extensive preparations. However, “unforeseen circumstances” derailed her travel plans. Despite efforts by both her team and Dior to explore alternative arrangements, she ultimately could not make it to Paris. Her team emphasised that Dilireba is safe and that she and her team are taking care of one another. It did not specify the exact nature of the “force majeure”, describing it only as arising from “real-world constraints”. According to media reports, Dilireba’s team allegedly booked an Emirates flight, which would transit in Dubai en route to Paris. However, the US-Iran conflict reportedly led to widespread flight suspensions and disruptions, including Emirates cancelling 90 per cent of their flights. Dilireba had reportedly already arrived in Dubai alone but, as of March 3, was still unable to depart, leaving her stranded there for three days. Meanwhile, several people on her team allegedly flew direct to Paris. It's not mentioned where Dilireba or her team had flown from. While she remains safe, the travel hiccup has netizens criticising her team for how they have handled logistics. Questions were raised about why she was not booked on a direct flight to Paris like the rest of her team. Other netizens asked that her management to clarify ticketing and safety planning details. However, some were more sympathetic, pointing out that sudden regional conflicts can disrupt even the most carefully arranged schedules. Comments are closed.
